Metro Vision was established 18 years ago by Michael Licavoli, A.B.O. Certified Optician. Michael is a 20 year member of the National Academy of Opticianry and a graduate of Ferris State Optical School with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He worked with noted ophthalmogist before establishing his own office in 1986.
Metro Vision's Doctor of Optometry is Dr. Jay Blazius who is certified in the treatment and management of ocular diseases and also certified to use diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents. Dr. Blazius has a Michigan Board of Pharmacy controlled substance license and is a member of the Metropolitan Detroit Optometric Society.
